1:Post an introduction in the Welcome area of the forum. Just tell us how you found Shakedown, and a little about yourself. If you were brought here by one of our members, please tell us who.
2: Now you can PM an Admin a username and password you wish to use for Vent. Keep in mind that you won't be able to connect to the Vent server until the Admin adds you to the userlist.

3: From that point, you then need to surf on over to the Vent setup instructions, and XFIRE Setup Instructions area. Follow the instructions that you see there in each guide. If you have any trouble with it, PM an Admin or use the email located in the guide. That's one of our Admins - TheKillerJud, he's there to help you with that. So if you have any questions about Vent or Xfire, let him know. Keep in mind that these guides are in need of an update!
5: Now for Shakedown's in game clan tags. We have different tags separating full members from the recruits. Recruit Tags: [ss] Full Member Tags:[SS]
Now all you have to do is get to know us. Jump on Vent and Xfire, talk to us, play a few rounds with us, just hang out! At this point it's a waiting game. The Admins here at Shakedown will just take time to observe you and see how things go. Unless you are a total jerk to everyone, then you should be ok! Active members become full members quicker but you will not have to wait longer then 1 month.
We all get a long here at Shakedown, we are a family more than anything, and we'd like to keep it that way!
Most people don't have trouble joining up, and we don't think you will either! We are all glad that you stopped by and would LOVE to see you become part of the family!
